This week Raegan and Maddy sit down with OSU junior Kate Chatham to dive into the unexpected path that brought her to collegiate riding. Kate shares how her IEA beginnings shaped her early equestrian foundation and ultimately led her to earning a spot on an IHSA team. When she made a last-minute decision to attend Oklahoma State University, she found herself starting fresh—navigating campus life, joining Greek life, and ultimately walking on to the OSU equestrian team after she’d already arrived on campus.
Kate opens up about changing course academically and personally, building confidence in a new environment, and what she’s learned from taking a nontraditional route into college athletics.
Raegan and Maddy also break down Weeks 5–7 of NCEA competition, covering standout rides, major matchups, team momentum, and what the results mean heading into the next stretch of the season.
Tune in for an honest, inspiring conversation and a full NCEA update you won’t want to miss.
